Canadian Vintners Association

The undersigned hereby makes application for membership as a vintner member in the Canadian Vintners Association (the “Association”) and agrees, as a condition of membership, to accept, uphold and be governed by the By-Laws of the Association in force at the date hereof and any amendments or additions that may hereafter be made to such By-Laws. The applicant hereby further agrees to abide by and accept the rulings and decisions of the Board of Directors of the Association.

The Association in turn agrees to provide the member with all the benefits of vintner membership as contained in the By-Laws or otherwise determined by the Board of Directors.

MEMBERSHIP FEES - Part One - Winery Size SMALL - $1,000 for a small winery (less than 250,000 litres in sales) MEDIUM - $3,000 for a medium winery (250,000 to 2,000,000 litres in sales) LARGE - $5,000 for a large winery (above 2,000,000 litres in sales)
MEMBERSHIP FEES - Part Two - Market Share The Market Share Assessment is based on a member’s percentage market share of total domestic sales by CVA Members.
